November 30th marked the first Open House at the 7Arts building at 619 Central Ave. in Greenwood. We had a great turn out and the community donated generously. We enjoyed live music thanks to the amazing Tim Vallillee and the talented Jelynne Samson and friend. There was also great community participation at the creative art stations run by Cheryl MacDonald of Nanny Goat Upcycled Art, Vanessa Raven-Vipond of Sea Salt design and Shelley Comeau our amazing Volunteer Coordinator. Thanks to everyone who came to check the space out and learn about our NOVA art club and 7Arts programming.
A special thanks to Bob and Brian from The Village of Greenwood and Glen from the Village of Kingston for your ongoing support and your assistance during the days festivities. Thanks to Leo Glavine MLA and to many community leaders and businesses for your continued support.
Finally a special thanks to Marc Fritz Roofing and Construction for completing the next phase of renovations and making your Community Art Space so warm and inviting.
